gmod

The grammar of modeling (gmod) approach is a new way to look into modeling for health economic evaluations and cost-effectiveness analyses models. The approach can potentially simplify building new models efficiently and transparently.

The core innovation in gmod involves creating a generic tree that is applicable to all health states rather than creating customized tree for each outcome.

An R package is available on GitHub at gmod and a visual interface DecisionTwig that allows to visually build the R code visually with an intuitive interface.
